Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord. Best dps is 2h Axe. Charge on foot with your infantry in big battles and your kill rate will be so high you will be terrified! Cleave cleave and cleave until you can do no more! Other weapons can only kill one enemy per swing. So I always use 2h axes in combat.

Amazing calvary, great infantry and ranged troops. Best positioned faction in the game. Their well rounded troop tree allows for domination in most battles. Empire. Amazing cavalry and infantry, decent ranged troops. Great overall troop tree, but suffers from war at all sides.
Archers: Elintoran Crimson Rangers, Elintoran Wardens, Geldarin Rangers. Basically, Elves are great archers. For crossbows, you want Maccavian Knights of Steel. They are amazing. Infantry: Inb4 Bakhal. Perisno Holy Champions, Sut Chieftain's Guards, Maccavian Northguards, and Tolranian Kingsmen will do the job.
Thats more than twice the battle performance while being outnumbered much more than the 850 infantrymen. With 850 infantrymen, they are outnumbered 1.28 to 1 and suffer 97% unit losses. With 450 cavalrists , they are outnumbered 2.41 to 1. They suffer 89% unit losses. this in fact is realistic as fuck.
